Getting Started with Lectora Skins and Layouts

This tutorial will help you get started with Lectora skins and layouts.   Here are some details on various parts of the skins: Title Level Buttons Course Menu – When clicked, the user of your published title is taken to the Course Menu page in the Course Content chapter. Replay – When clicked, the title is briefly redirected to the Replay Page. The Replay page contains an action that returns the title back to the page where the Replay button was clicked and, as a result, the content page is reloaded into the computer’s memory. All actions, audio, video, etc. begin at their start positions for that page. Course Glossary –  When clicked, the title is redirected to the Course Glossary page. Course Links – When clicked, the title is redirected to the Course Links Library page. Course Help – When clicked, the title is redirected to the Course Help page. Close – When clicked, the title attempts to close the browser window in which the published title is displayed. Back – When clicked, the title returns to the previous, linear course content page. Two actions have been added to this button. The first action sets a user-defined variable to zero when this button is clicked. The second action simply redirects the title to the Course Menu page. Next – When clicked, the title continues to the next, linear course content page. Course Content Pages First page – This page has been setup as the default first page of the title.
