This tutorial shows you how to load and insert Storyline templates.
Steps to load our Storyline tempates
When you purchase a template we give you a .storytemplate file. (You only need to load the templates once. Storyline will copy the template into the template library and into your My Articulate Projects folder. (My documents / My Articulate Projects / Storyline Templates)
Load the templates by doing any of the following:
- Double-click the file.
- Or, copy it into My documents / My Articulate Projects / Storyline Templates.
- Or, from the Storyline launch screen, under Create a new project, click From project template. Then choose the template file and click Open.
Inserting templates
Storyline has a template library where you can see each template slide. You can scroll through the slides and choose the one that you’d like to insert. You can also use Shift+Click to select multiple slides.
If you used option 1 or 3 to load the templates then the template library will automatically appear. Just select and import a slide.
During a project you can choose Insert Slide / Templates to view the template library.
